Can I register my family members?
Yes! You can register multiple people at once, but you will need a unique email address for each person in order for them to receive race emails.
If I register for the event but cannot participate on Race Day, can I receive a refund or transfer my registration to another person?
Unfortunately, all registrations are final and registrations cannot be transferred to another participant. Your registration does count as a donation to the preschool, so we thank you for your generosity!
Do I need to register early to be guaranteed my t-shirt size like in past years?
Yes. Participants who register before September 28 will receive a free T-shirt to be picked up on November 4th at R.E.I. (130 E El Camino Real, Sunnyvale, CA 94087) together with the race package. You can also pick up your packet on race day from 7:45 to 9:00am for the Tot Trot and 7:45 am to 9:30 am for the 5K at the Registration Tent.
Tot Trot Kids’ Run – I want to run with my kid. Should I register for the Tot Trot too?
Adults running alongside their children, do NOT need to register for the Tot Trot. The Tot Trot is for children 8 & under. Parent participation in the Tot Trot is for safety purposes. Older children are encouraged to run on their own, with parents cheering/watching from the side. Registering for the 5k allows both you and your child to be participants (on foot or in a stroller). Please be mindful of other children to ensure they all have a safe and enjoyable run for kids.
Race Day Information
I have a small child. Can I race with a stroller?
Yes!!! In the spirit of family involvement, strollers are encouraged! Remember, children under 8 years old can also participate in our kids’ Tot Trot.
What if it rains on the day I plan to race?
This event will happen rain or shine.

Can I bring my dog to the event?
Sorry, Sunnyvale Baylands Park restricts entry for all pets, even dogs on a leash.
